Mating Spiders [edit]

We had the fortunate luck to have these two spiders mate above our bunks. They spun around for a while, untill it was evident that the larger female was sucking out the complete essence (innards) of the male. When she was done, she dropped his empty husk to the floor before moving on. The whole show took over an hour. (more)
