Paris is hotel heiress Paris Hilton's debut album, released on her own Heiress Records label, in association with Warner Music. The album was released on August 19 in Australia, August 21 in the UK and in the U.S. on August 22, 2006. The entire album was posted to the internet on August 13, 2006 via AOL Music; 9 days before the official release date. It was leaked to the Internet about a week before it was released. As of April 23, 2007 621,350 copies of Paris have been sold worldwide.
